Everyone talks about how amazing carnivore is but no one tells you what it’s like when it gets hard. In this episode, I’m sharing what I wish someone told me when I started: the truth about detox, cravings, why you might feel worse before better, and how to stop comparing your journey to someone else’s. If you're in the middle of it and wondering if it’s even working… this is for you. New podcast episode is out! Click here to watch ➡️ #podcast #gm #carnivore #meatbased #truetalk #asknostr

Most people eat healthy… and still feel like crap! I used to be one of them. I followed all the “healthy” advice. Greens, grains, protein shakes, snacks every few hours. And I still felt bloated, tired, moody, and foggy. Turns out, just because something is labeled healthy doesn’t mean it actually works for your body. I stopped following the rules and started following how I felt. Everything changed. Now I eat simple, real food. No drama. No bloat. No guessing. If you’re doing everything “right” and still not feeling right, you’re not crazy. You’re just following the wrong blueprint.

POV: You spent your 30s surviving. Syke. Your 40s are for healing. I lived in survival mode for years: - Anxiety since I was a kid - 8 years of depression - Brain fog so bad I’d reread the same sentence five times - Constant fatigue, even after 10 hours of sleep - Thyroid issues - Gut problems, daily bloating, and no clue what to eat without feeling worse I followed what everyone said was “healthy”: X The gut protocol X Juicing X More veggies, less meat X Gluten-free X Keto Tried it all. Still felt like crap. The real change started when I stopped trying to do everything... and finally gave my body what it actually needed. The carnivore diet simplified everything. It gave my body a break and gave me myself back. I finally feel like me again. And I’m just getting started. Follow along if your 30s wrecked you too. Healing is possible. It just might look nothing like what you were told.

“Wait… you eat mostly meat and do yoga?” Yup. And I meditate too. 🧘‍♀️ There’s this common belief that yogis and people who meditate are always vegan, vegetarian, or at least plant-heavy eaters. Lots of green smoothies, tofu, and chickpeas. But here I am—meat-based (mostly carnivore), deeply connected to my body, and completely in love with yoga and meditation. Turns out, you don’t have to follow the plant-based script to be grounded, mindful, and in tune with yourself. This is what works for me. Curious—have you ever felt like you don’t “fit the mold” of a lifestyle you love? Let’s talk about it in the comments. #yogi #meatbased #carnivore #asknostr #nostr #plebchain

#GM POV: it’s my life and no one else’s I grew up on this dish. Rabo Encendido isn’t strict carnivore — and I know some people will have opinions. But this is real life. I’ve been carnivore for almost a year and a half, and I’m in a season where I trust what my body can handle. This recipe? It’s flavor, it’s comfort, it’s home. And honestly… I’m not here to follow rules — I’m here to feel good and feed my family well. Recipe coming soon. PS: Not a doctor or nutritionist — just sharing what’s worked for me. #oxtail #raboencendido #meatbased #carnivore #carnivorerecipes

#GM New week. New day. Fresh cup. And a little reminder I needed this morning: You’re not behind. You don’t have to have it all figured out today. There’s time. Time to move through what matters. Time to pause and breathe when you need to. Time to come back to yourself when your mind starts racing. That anxious feeling? It’s just a sign you care. So take a sip. Take a breath. You’ve got more space than it feels like. What’s one thing you’re reminding yourself of today? #coffeechain #nostr #asknostr #stacksats #plebchain #mondaymotivation #podcast

Ever feel like no matter what you eat, your body’s still off? Bloating, brain fog, random inflammation — that was me for years. And I kept trying to fix it with more stuff… more supplements, more rules, more stress. When I switched to carnivore, things finally started to shift. Not overnight. Not perfect. But clearer. Simpler. I could finally breathe. In this episode, I’m breaking down 5 simple steps to help you start carnivore without all the second-guessing. It’s what I wish someone told me when I felt stuck and overwhelmed. If you’re in that place, I made this for you: Let me know what lands with you—or drop any questions, I’m always down to chat. #nostr #asknostr #carnivore #gm #carnivorediet #nutritionheals

I haven’t worked out in a while. After 6 years of consistency, I got sick in December… then again in January. I tried to get back into it, but my body wasn’t feeling it. I was tired, routines shifted, work picked up—and workouts dropped off. Could I wake up early like I used to? Sure. Do I want to? Nope. Not right now. Different season. Different pace. And I’m learning to honor that. Not every workout is perfect. But in a life full of chaos, showing up anyway? That’s where the real wins are made. If you’re in a weird season too—you’re not alone. What’s one way you’re showing up for yourself lately? Drop it below. #poscast #workoutpause #seasonsoflife #wellnessoverperfection #nostr #gm #plebchain #coffeechain

#GM — new week, fresh coffee, deep breaths. If you woke up feeling a little anxious about everything waiting for you this week, you’re not alone. Mondays can bring a lot of pressure. A lot of “where do I even start?” energy. Here’s your reminder (and mine): You don’t have to figure everything out today. You just have to take the next right step. One thing at a time. One decision at a time. Slow is still progress. Messy is still progress. Starting small is still starting. Let’s give ourselves some room to be human this week. What’s one thing you’re focusing on today? #asknostr #nostr #coffeechain #plebchain #monday image

#GM You ever have one of those weeks where things almost come together—but your body has other plans? That’s been me. - The cold’s still hanging on - Client work is in the “waiting on feedback” stage - And I’ve got a great idea for the next podcast episode… I’m just not feeling well enough to record it yet I used to push through stuff like this. Record anyway. Post something just to stay “consistent.” But now? If it’s not coming from a good place, I’m not forcing it. So I’m taking a breath. Letting the idea simmer. Drinking the coffee. Not rushing the content. If you’ve been feeling off too—this is your reminder: You don’t have to create from burnout. You can pause and still be building. #nostr #asknostr #carnivore #podcast #coffeechain #plebchain #proofofsteak image
