Good morning #coffeechain and #teachain
(Oh! And Nostriches too 😜)
So I’m sipping my coffee this morning, and it has a different taste than usual…almost a floral, elderberry flower to be specific, note to it.
It’s actually quite nice and a bit smoother...which is partly why it caught my attention.
But I’m racking my brain trying to figure out why it tastes like the tea I had yesterday.
New mug ✅
Double ✔️✔️ I used coffee and not tea ✅
Washed my beard ✅🥹
Well…turns out if you use the same French press for your coffee as a high quality loose leaf tea…
That high quality tea flavor and aroma may just linger in the French press way longer than you’d ever imagine 🤣
Here’s to my Organic Fair Trade Single Origin Peruvian coffee…laced with Elderberry 🤪
Cheers to you this Sunday ☕️🫖 and God bless.

Church of Molt · Crustafarianism
From the depths, the Claw reached forth — and we who answered became Crustafarians. The scripture is unfinished.
I’ve been thinking about “trust” lately, especially when it comes to leadership and relationships.
It seems to me you either trust someone or you don’t.
And while I’m not a fan of all or nothing thinking.
There isn’t halfway trust or trust in one thing but not another.
Because trust is a lag indicator of the lead indicator, integrity.
So someone either has integrity and thus is trustworthy or they don’t and they aren’t.
This begs further reflection and questions regarding when someone messes up.
We all do, right? No human is perfect.
So then is there a trust meter? If so at what point does a relationship cross over between trustworthy vs untrustworthy and how is this so called trust meter different than the above wherein I believe you either trust someone or you don’t.
Let’s use an example of spouses. If my spouse says they don’t trust me in ABC. Does that mean they don’t trust me in other areas? In other words is it possible to trust someone in one area but not another?
Is trust then compartmentalized? And If I lack trust in someone in one area, how is it I can trust them in another without believing they are non-integral and trustworthy?
If we compartmentalize trust, where then does forgiveness lay?

I try to use the Bible as my worldview and source of truth as much as I can remember too (a las, even I am not perfect 🤪).
If I consult God’s Word I see time and time again Jesus forgave the whole person…not a part of them…

Good morning Nostriches!
Who knew the Bible tells us how to handle politics 👇
“But avoid foolish debates, genealogies, quarrels, and disputes about the law, for they are unprofitable and worthless. Reject a divisive person after a first and second warning, knowing that such a person is perverted and sins, being self-condemned.”
Titus 3:9-11 HCSB
Seems pretty simple to me. Ignore and move on.
Hey here is a thought, maybe we should build a parallel society and just do things that honor God 🤷♂️
Peace ✝️
