I get what Jack is getting at but as many have pointed out. 2 & 4 are a luxury of the childless. I average 4-5 hours a night broken up in 3-4 stints. One day we’ll get to a point where 2 & 4 are true but for most of my “productive” years I’ll be sacrificing those things for my children. If you’re childless absolutely allow yourself these things, they’re a gift from God.
