I refuse to work out under hyper-stimulating, overwhelming blue lights with stagnant air & mainstream music.
All I need is my body (in organic cotton underwear only ofc), Mozart, a band or two, bare feet, a pair of dumbbells, direct sunshine and a jug of raw milk.
Fearing raw animal foods like meat, milk, and eggs is fueled by misinformation.
Our bodies are ecosystems built on fungi, bacteria, and even parasites living in harmony.

When was the last time you used a pen? Or calculated something with your own mind instead of relying on AI? Everything’s automated now. Everything’s done for us.

Parasites are scavengers on a cellular/micro level. They’re just hungry little worms.
The more toxins we accumulate in our body (heavy metals, mold, etc) the more yummy food for them to munch on. The more the family expands.
This means that they only become a disturbance to our symbiosis when we aren’t detoxing properly.
Deep down they’re trying to help us out.
You’re eating parasites every day. In your veggies. Your fruit. Eggs. Meat. They pass through your nail beds. They’re everywhere.
Alas, they’ll only manifest and inflict “harm” when the host isn’t cleaning their diet and lifestyle up, and detoxing substantially.
