Fearing raw animal foods is peak modern paranoia. Humans have eaten raw meat, milk, and eggs for thousands of years—beef tartare, ceviche, sushi, raw dairy. Even our stomach acid sits at a pH similar to vultures, built to handle and extract nutrients from animal foods. Yet, today, people will down a fluorescent energy drink but panic over a raw egg. Make it make sense. Cooking destroys enzymes, structured water, and heat-sensitive nutrients like B vitamins and vitamin C. Raw meat retains its hydration, its full amino acid profile, and its probiotic potential. Yes, probiotics—your gut isn’t some sterile vacuum; it’s an ecosystem. E. coli? Naturally occurs in a healthy gut. Parasites? Over 50% of people have them asymptomatically. The problem isn’t raw—it’s factory-farmed, antibiotic-laced, grain-fed, lifeless meat. Start small. Crack a couple of pasture-raised eggs into a glass, mix with honey or fresh squeezed orange juice, and drink. Progress to raw yolks over cooked whites. Then try high-quality grass-fed beef (maybe ribeye cuts) — less intimidating, easy to digest, and honestly, just fine if SOURCED properly. Slowly cook it less over time. Choose grass-fed, grass-finished, or organic sources. If you wouldn’t eat it raw, you probably shouldn’t be eating it cooked either. I’ve been doing this since September 2023. I’m still alive. And thriving. We live in a world terrified of bacteria while drowning in seed oils and ultra-processed junk. Don’t fear life—embrace it. Your gut, your energy, and your ancestors will thank you.

99% of modern guys don’t have: • A spine that isn’t shaped like a question mark • A body composition that isn’t 30%+ body fat and skinny-fat at the same time • Any knowledge of their lineage past their father • Grip strength that could open a jar without struggle • The ability to sit in silence for 10 minutes without reaching for their phone • A single skill that would make them useful in a village • A diet that consists of anything other than seed oils, processed carbs, and caffeine dependency It’s never been easier to separate yourself from the herd. Get strong. Get competent. The bar is so embarrassingly low.
