Most people scroll all day long—but never post with intention. That’s the trap. Consuming everyone else’s highlight reel while your story stays untold. But here’s the truth: You don’t need a fancy camera, a six-figure business, or a million followers to start. You just need courage to hit “share.” Social media is a tool. It can distract, numb, and divide. Or it can connect, liberate, and empower—if you use it right. You want freedom? Use your voice. Use your values. Use your experience. I didn’t “blow up” overnight. I’ve been at this since 2012. Years of posting when no one was watching. Years of evolving. Failing. Trying again. But I never stopped. Pretty much posted and shared stories daily. And that’s why the message works. Because it’s real. Rooted in life. Health. Vitality. God. Nature. Integrity. Don’t let fear of judgment or low views silence your soul. You’re not here to blend in—you’re here to serve. So start. Post. Share. Speak. Not for clout. But for the one person it could change forever.

“Shoo, fly… shoo” 🪰👋😠 Ever notice how quick we are to swat, curse, or judge the smallest “inconveniences”? A bug in the room. A car cutting us off. A slow cashier. But what if everything—yes, even that fly—was God in disguise? When you get annoyed, triggered, or feel that rising tension… it’s a moment. A sacred invitation. To pause. To breathe. To choose grace. We say we’re spiritual. We pray. We meditate. Yet we rage at the dog barking or kill the ant on the counter. True peace is seeing God in all of it—the beauty & the so-called “ugly.” Vitality shines, yes. But soul recognizes the sacred in EVERYTHING. Next time you feel the urge to swat or snap… try gratitude. That’s the real path to freedom.

I’m one of the very few nutritionists who isn’t a dogmatic zealot preaching “carnivore-only / animals-only” as the ultimate diet for health and longevity (sorry Saladino). Just look at chlorophyll — seriously — and tell me we weren’t made to heal with herbs, greens, or even chlorella/spirulina every now and then. These compounds literally aid detox and help cleanse the blood. image

If you’re not aesthetic-maxxing your meals, you’re missing out on a core pillar of nourishment. Sure, I love tossing mush in a bowl and calling it lunch—if it’s clean, tasty, and fuel-filled, I’m game. But there’s real power in turning your plate into art. Beauty triggers gratitude. Gratitude shifts biology. And your body feels the difference. The more presence and intention you bring to the ritual of eating, the more your food heals you. It’s not just fuel—it’s ceremony. image

America has gone full retard with what it calls “health” You’ve got sugar-free junk laced with neurotoxic sweeteners. Vegan nuggets made from 48 ingredients and a chem lab. Oat milk with canola oil sludge. Gatorade Red-40 (with zero REAL hydrating minerals) post-workout. Fiber One bars that constipate and emasculate. The irony? People fear raw milk but drink neon-blue “hydration” drinks. They count calories but ignore chemicals. They trust corporations over their own instincts. Wake the fuck up. 🤡

It’s wild pulling up to a festival or busy city spot and having people come up like: “Yo, you’re that dude who eats raw meat, right?” “Bro I’ve been following you for years, your wellness stuff changed my life” “Wait… this is epic—what’s going on here? I don’t know you but I’ve been following and I just wanted to say your energy is inspiring.” That right there? That’s the fuel. That’s why I keep showing up in this metaverse. For the real, raw universe.

93% of people at the music festivals I used to attend weren’t dancing—they were escaping. Drunk. Faded. Numb. Searching for freedom through alcohol or drugs, but missing the real magic. The truth is, I’ve felt the highest high without any of that. It’s sharing belly laughs with strangers who feel like family. It’s moving your body in rhythm with natural bass & beats. It’s dancing under the stars, grounded and clear, barefoot. Opening the fascia in every way possible. It’s real presence, not artificial hedonic pleasure. The deepest connection doesn’t come in a bottle or a baggie—it comes from community, movement, silly gooseness, nature and music that HEALS. You don’t need alcohol or drugs to have a good time. You just need the courage to show up fully with that slow poison of the mind. Try a retreat. Try a conscious gathering. Try an alcohol free music festival. Try your RAWEST, unfiltered self—sober, alive and connected to LIFE FORCE and LOVE.

Don’t exhaust your testosterone reserves with running / endurance work prior to the heavy lifting IF you don’t want to be fat. Prioritize those Type II fast twitch fibers for dense muscle hypertrophy VS the slow twitch. Muscle-Maxx, ya fatties.

The modern health world is a circus. One tent says keto is king. Another preaches veganism and Ozempic lattes. Meanwhile, the sick care system profits while we micromanage lettuce leaves. Truth is—restriction isn’t wellness. Orthorexia isn’t discipline. But intuitive eating with real, seasonal, organic food? That’s ancient wisdom. You don’t need a diet cult. You need connection—to your body, the land, and how you feel after eating. Simplicity wins. Nature heals. The rest is noise.

Modern human-apes fear sugar like it’s the boogeyman. Meanwhile they slam energy drinks & skip fruit “to burn fat.” But here’s the REAL juice: whole fruit, like the berry bowl I’m feasting on this grand rising, doesn’t spike disease—it prevents it. Fructose from nature (not frankenfood) supports the liver, feeds the brain, hydrates the cells and fuels metabolism. Morning fruit actually lowers stress (cortisol), balances hormones and maxxes mitochondria power. Berries? They’re skin-glowing antioxidants in a bowl. Lately, I eat protein a few hours post waking—after I’ve lit this metabolic fire. Fruit fear is a psyop. 🫐 Start your day hydrated, energized & clear-eyed—your ancestors will be proud. image

Isn’t it ironic? I hosted a community call titled “Creating the Perfect Schedule (No More Procrastination!)” to support entrepreneurs, creators & health enthusiasts in building a life of flow, discipline and freedom… …and I got the calendar time completely wrong. Yep. The coach who’s helped hundreds of people optimize their lives and businesses—forgot to factor in time zones while traveling. People showed up, ready to learn, and I wasn’t there to lead. Mountain Time. Pacific Time. A simple setting in my calendar system caused confusion, delay, and a big ol’ slap of reality. I was annoyed. Embarrassed. Frustrated. But here’s the truth: you can be consistent, intentional, and seasoned—and still f*ck it up Life doesn’t reward perfection. It rewards presence. Ownership. Adaptability. I gave my community a bonus support to make up for it. I held space, gave value, and reminded myself: this path isn’t about never messing up. it’s about how you respond when they happen. So to the leaders, coaches, and creators holding it all together—remember: your humanness is part of your epicness. Mistakes don’t make you a fraud. They make you real. Keep showing up. Keep refining. Keep laughing at the irony of it all. As all b image

The world’s backwards. Seed oils are “healthy.” Real meat is “dangerous.” Censorship = safety. Freedom = selfish. They’ve hijacked our instincts. Hijacked our food. Hijacked our minds. But the most sovereign act today? Choosing what you consume. Not just in your mouth… but in your mind, eyes, ears, soul. Health is your birthright. Vitality is your rebellion. And it starts with you.
