I used to obsess over every bite. No nuts, no greens, no grains… because some health guy said so. It drove me mad. My gut didn’t heal from restriction, it healed when I stopped fearing food and tuned into what felt right for me. Now in Europe, I savor a damn good chocolate croissant, walk the streets, and feel more vibrant than ever. And blue light after dark? It’s fine occasionally too. Get out of your own way. LIVE without being so critical on yourself. Flexibility & sovereignty = VITALITY.

Woke up at 7am in Prague. Got in my meditation and Qi Gong in the hotel. Packed and ready, lugging over 70 pounds of bags, groceries, gear. Train leaves at 8:20am for Austria. I’m feeling goooood. Call an Uber thinking it’ll be fast like usual (nope). 15-minute wait. By the time it arrives, the clock’s ticking hard. We drive through morning traffic, and I get dropped with about 10 minutes left. I’m soaked in sweat already. Inside the massive station—everything’s in Czech. I can’t read anything. I’m darting around, trying to decipher signs while dragging my luggage. Finally I see the train platform in the distance… I sprint, body overheating, heart racing, only to watch the train pull off right in front of me!! I take a moment, breathe. Then head toward the nearby bus station, walking with all my stuff under the rising sun. About halfway there, I see a Lime scooter. I used the app back in Berlin. Quick unlock. I’m rolling again gripping all my heavy shit 😂 But Prague has this designated parking zone rule. I’m mid-stress, trying to lock the scooter, app glitching, no zones in sight. Finally find one, ditch it, and make it to the bus station. Another $80 down. I ask about my bus, looking for signs, but it already left. Now I’m $130 in the hole between that and the train. I’m dripping in sweat, yogurt exploded in my bag, navigating a foreign city with everyone rushing around me like I’m invisible. I decide to take the metro back to the main station. This time, I’m early. Regulated. Not frazzled. Just aware. And that’s why I live healthy. Why I train, eat right, and sharpen my nervous system. Not for looks. For moments like this. When life is WILD, and I can still breathe through it. You can’t always control what hits you. But you can choose how strong and clear you meet it.

You might be posting, sharing truth, showing up for your vision and SEEING NO ENGAGEMENT. Or worse, getting a nasty comment or weirdo passive hate (like this message and comment today 😂😂) Let me say this clearly: Not getting comments doesn’t mean your content sucks. Getting hate doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong. In fact, it means you’re ON the path. It’s all just energy, and energy can be transmuted. Every triggered comment, every weird DM, even the lack of engagement is part of the early stages of posting. The worst trap is overthinking what people might be thinking. Your mind creates a whole audience of imaginary critics when really, most people are just scrolling, silently and mindlessly watching. You do not know what anyone thinks and it doesn’t matter. What matters is if your message is TRUE and your quality is dialed in, your time is coming. I was under 3k followers for years. Little engagement. But I posted almost every day. Refined my craft and focused on the few who did engage. Now millions and millions on all platforms have seen my posts. Just keep going. Create. Refine. Stay consistent. That’s what separates winners from losers in ALL walks of life. Musicians, content creators, business owners racking in millions of dollars, artists…. skillful leaders in ANY craft. Consistency is it. image

Incredible sunny stay in Corfu, Greece the past 10 days. Just landed in Prague, Czech for the next 4 days until another nomadic trip to Austria. Anything fun around here to ‘czech’ out?

IBS = “I’m Bull Shitting you.” The ultimate cop-out diagnosis. You walk into the clinic bloated, gassy, in pain, maybe swinging between constipation and diarrhea, and what do you get? A label. Not a solution. “Irritable Bowel Syndrome.” A vague title for: “We don’t know what’s wrong, but here’s a prescription.” No talk about gut-brain connection. No mention of processed foods, seed oils, stress, antibiotics, pesticides, mineral depletion, mold, EMFs, or poor nervous system regulation. Just a pat on the back and a lifetime of symptom management. IBS is not a diagnosis. It’s a dismissal. Your gut is trying to get your attention. And when you address root causes like nutrition, toxins, stress, trauma, lifestyle, dysbiosis, and more… your gut can truly heal. Want real gut relief? Root cause is the only way forward.

They’re in 60%+ of fast fashion, leeching microplastics into your skin, blood, and the ocean. These synthetic threads vibrate at 0–15 Hz, literally dimming your field. Low vibe. Avoid at all costs polyester, nylon, and acrylic. They’re cheap, toxic fabrics made from petroleum. I wear organic cotton (150 Hz), linen (5,000 Hz), and wool—materials that breathe style. They don’t just look good… they feel like you’re wrapped in ancient codes. Fast fashion contracts your aura. Conscious clothing expands it. image

The more I sun my full body during the day, the deeper I sleep at night. It’s magic. It’s circadian biology. UV + infrared light boosts serotonin (which converts to melatonin later), balances cortisol, and resets your internal clock. Real light = real rest. image

I’ve chosen to go the past 3 weeks with zero caffeine. As an avid buttered, heavy-whipping-cream, raw honey dolloping coffee enthusiast, this was quite interesting. But I’m holding true to it to test out my physiology, nervous system & mindset. My report: - feeling at least 20% more presence in daily motions (less rushed/antsy eyes) - sleeping & dreaming deeper (even though I’ve always capped caffeine by 2pm, and I’ve never had that troubling of sleep throughout life) - waking up more dopamine-balanced and less go go go-y - meditation is significantly easier - feeling more hydrated & naturally energized & joyful all day - less cravings (surprisingly) - realized coffee is just a normalized version of cocaine for 93% of people - depressed (I sure do miss the flavor. Yes, I could get quality Swiss water decaf, but ehhhhh) If you’ve been enjoying coffee daily for some time — I highly encourage you to take a step back and cycle off. It can broaden your lifestyle perspectives.

The biggest flex isn’t a Lambo or six-pack. It’s giving your woman $10K/month to build her dream, even if she burns half of it on candles, cacao, and cute rebrand that doesn’t stick. Why? Because she’s glowing in femininity. Because she feels safe to create, to dance, to be a little fairy elf. Let her be the healthy homemaker goddess. Playing music, taking soothing baths, making herbal potions, nesting the space in linen and rose petals. NOT grinding in a cubicle juiced on birth control, fighting traffic and cortisol. She’s not built for the rat race (*no one really is). She’s built for Yin. And you’re built to protect that frequency as a man.

Nutrition habits that 10x’d my life: • eating 40-50g animal protein at breakfast OR enjoying a massive bowl of hydrating organic fruit • drinking an elixir of apple cider vinegar with lemon and electrolytes/salt every rising • taking 5 deep present breaths before eating • daily probiotics from kefir, yogurt, raw milk, raw cheese, raw meat and kimchi • pairing fats (cream/raw milk) with coffee to blunt caffeine / cortisol • brisk walking for 20-30 minutes after each meal

You’re about to save hundreds a year when you get yourself a bidet. And save your asshole from absorbing all sorts of chemicals, PFAS & microplastics in your toilet paper. And save the planet with every flush. You’re welcome.
