oh yeah, it’s from sleeping 8 hours, quitting trash oils, JERFing (Just Eat Real Food), castor oil-maxxing, getting sun on my face, and not believing skincare companies that tell me to rub hormone disruptors into my pores.
The gym’s full of “alpha energy” until you notice half the guys can’t touch their toes (tight hips), breathe through their nose (chronic stress), or lift without snapping joints (magnesium and collagen deficiency). Puffy faces, poor posture, and more grunts than gains. Bro science skipped the basics: sleep, minerals, fascia health, and nervous system regulation. Your workout doesn’t mean much if your body’s inflamed from the inside out.
They said ‘don’t do drugs’… this ain’t no 💩 off the streets.
I used to have drawers full of “health hacks,” cabinets of supplements, closets full of trends I never wore.
But my body was still inflamed. My mind still scattered.
Turns out, it wasn’t about doing more. It was about doing less (but doing it better).
These days, I wear simple organic clothes. I have minimal “things” and more experiences. I eat food with 1 ingredient. I buy what supports vitality (only key supplements not trends), not dopamine.
Life got clearer. My body got lighter. And peace finally had space to land. Minimize to maximize.

If your nervous system is chaos, your relationship will be chaos. Masculine stability and feminine flow both need regulated breath, a healed gut, strong boundaries, and deep yin rest. Get that in check before blaming “compatibility.”
Airports are the greatest scam humanity ever normalized. You waltz in, bags ready, and suddenly you’re at the mercy of arbitrary rules disguised as “safety.” It’s 5am. 13 hours of flying left back to states. I had jars of Austrian raw honey 125g each. Perfect. Except not. The supreme leader limit? “100g”
I argued (using my decalcified pineal): isn’t an empty water bottle bigger than this? Isn’t my toiletry shampoo bottle you let through (without the label of grams on it) bigger than this? Isn’t this honey a solid?
Logic didn’t matter for these buffoons. “I’m sorry man, I’ll lose my job if I don’t hold you hostage for the 25g of honey”. So I spooned four tablespoons in line like a feral bear and said goodbye to the sacred gold. Airport “security” isn’t about safety. It’s about sovereignty control. Bring “medical grade (filtered non-tap water”, and play the game.


The parasite panic is one of the most backwards ideas in modern health.
Most practitioners treat them like demonic invaders—“eradicate, purge, annihilate!”—without ever asking WHY they’re there.
In reality, parasites can be beneficial when understood through terrain theory. They’re nature’s cleanup crew drawn to environments rich in heavy metals, chemical residues, and decaying tissue.
In other words, they show up to eat the trash. They bind and consume toxins your liver or lymph may be struggling to process, keeping them from circulating freely in your bloodstream.
The irony? Instead of just nuking them, which can release that toxic load back into the body, the real long-term solution is to clean the terrain so they have no reason to stick around.
Yes, there are times when using herbal or natural remedies to gently reduce an overgrowth can be helpful in the short term ESPECIALLY if symptoms are severe. But without changing the terrain, they’ll simply return. The real fix is in making the body a place they don’t need to inhabit.
Detox the metals. Restore mineral balance. Rebuild the gut and immune system.
Raw animal foods (clean, grass-fed meats, wild fish, pastured eggs, raw dairy) are a perfect foundation. Stable saturated fats and bioavailable nutrients repair cell membranes, fuel detox pathways, and create a terrain that’s hostile to pathogens but harmonious with beneficial microbes.
Since focusing on raw, my digestion, energy, and recovery have improved drastically, not because I “ki~led” anything, but because I built a body where only the right LIFE FORCE thrives.
