It’s not “biohacking.” It’s eating like your great-great-grandma and walking 3 miles a day. Naturally.
The modern world calls that retarded. I call it intuitive wisdom.

Another primal taco feast:
Raw buffalo.
Fermented pickles on the side.
Fresh corn tortillas crisped in coconut oil.
Raw butter dollops.
Raw cheese stacked.
Maple drizzle.
Stellar Life Force.
If your digestion’s wrecked, start here:
• Walk after every meal
• Stop eating distracted and stressed
• Squatty Potty to poop, not sit like a lazy king
• Eat like your ancestors: real, raw, unprocessed, seasonal
• Breath into your belly before your next bite
Gut health isn’t complex. It’s just inconvenient for modern life.
This is all I do to stay lean and jacked with balanced hormones, mucho vasodilation and high-vitality energy (without burning out or biohacking myself into oblivion):
— Rise and rest with the sun (circadian-maxxing for real: no blue light spasms after dark, solo red or candles under 100 LUX)
— Train 2–3x/week with real intent (primal strength, not ego reps)
— Eat mostly raw, life-force-rich foods with minerals intact
— Build a business that aligns with my nervous system
— Walk barefoot as much as possible (nature > notifications)
— ALL organic cotton/linen/wool/hemp (no petrochemical clothing)
— Prioritize minerals before motivation (salt, mag, potass, all of it)
— Channel sexual energy instead of leaking it (retain + create)
— Poop like a god daily (cleansing is king)
— Play often (instruments, dancing, laughter = medicine)
— Detox weekly with Earth rituals (sweat, breath, grounding)
— Breathe through my nose unless I’m laughing or sprinting
— Stop eating when I’m 80% full (and never while stressed)
— Avoid seed oils, synthetic supplements (capsules and fillers), negative people
— Sun my whole body (yes, even there)
— Speak the truth in my relationships (no leaks = all truth = no fatigue)
— Surround myself with high-frequency, real ones
— Chew slowly, pray over my food, and taste life
— Fast when I feel called, not out of fear
Keep it simple.
There are 6 types of “fit” girls on the internet right now:
1. Oatmeal-fueled Gymshark chick
2. Herbalist tradwife baking sourdough
3. Celestial fairy who raves about astrology
4. Protein bar influencer with a podcast
5. Trauma-dumping wellness coach monetizing her inner child
6. Feral tatted dreadlock wild woman
True calm is when the scripts play (sun causes cancer fear, EMF denial, jab agenda, raw food panic) and you don’t bite. You’ve left the debate. You stay grounded in nature.
If churches taught inner divinity, they’d lose control.
If gurus admitted doubt, they’d lose followers.
If spirituality wasn’t profitable, nobody would sell it.
God doesn’t need branding.
If you want to feel better:
Stop doomscrolling.
Go outside.
Buy bitcoin.
Eat some raw steak.
Call your grandma.
There’s nothing more satisfying than closing a high-ticket sale in under 15 minutes…
and getting your woman to climax in the same amount of time.
Both require presence, confidence, and knowing how to listen.
Master both and you win life.
People trust shrink-wrapped, chemically-washed chicken nuggets but fear fresh raw salmon or grass-fed beef. Reality check: nature’s food is far cleaner than factory food. Parasites? Detox the terrain. We’ve shared a table with them for thousands of years.
Men can deadlift 300 pounds but can’t hold eye contact with a woman for three seconds.
Day in the life of a modern yogi:
Plastic yoga mat.
Polyester leggings.
Vanilla protein shake in a BPA shaker.
Indoor blue lights flickering.
Soy candles, mainstream pop music playing, synthetic oils.
Ah yes, “wellness.”
You adulted so hard you forgot how to play. Climb a tree. Chase your dog. Build a stick fort. Play-maxx and feel your mitochondria smile.
You don’t need to eat only meat to be a man. You don’t need to be only raw vegan to ascend. You need to listen. To slow down. To stop using food as a personality. Let the ego rest from all these fixated labels. Let the body guide.
You can be grounded in your truth and still flexible in your thinking. Polarity doesn’t mean rigidity. Confidence doesn’t mean dominance. The healthiest people I know have changed their minds 100 times because they listened more than they argued. Wisdom doesn’t scream.
Dumbest inventions of all time:
Treadmill
Microwave
Shoe insoles
Vaccines
Vapes
Car air “fresheners”
Bleached toilet paper
“Smart” fridges
Non-stick pans
LED lights
Seed oils
“Daily” multivitamins
AirPods
Scented laundry detergent
Synthetic mattresses
Sunscreen
Foam flip-flops/crocs
What else did I miss?
People aren’t afraid of being wrong, they’re afraid of being ~uncertain~
That’s why they cling to their diet, political belief, or spiritual teacher like it’s the final answer. The ONLY answer.
But uncertainty is the birthplace of consciousness.
If your opinion can’t hold space for contradiction, you haven’t integrated the lesson yet.
Going from raw vegan to carnivore isn’t healing. It’s pendulum swinging. And while your skin might clear or your bloat might disappear, the root cause AKA the fear of not being in control, often stays. That’s why the moment someone eats differently, you feel triggered. Truth is, if you need everyone to eat like you do to feel secure, you’re not grounded, you’re still grasping freedom in your body.
Adderall ruins your dopamine, testosterone, & drive. It’s a shortcut with long-term damage.
Swap it for the Natty Nootropic Stack:
• Taurine 2g
• Magnesium 300mg
• Tyrosine 1000mg
• Caffeine 100mg
• Theanine 400mg
• Glycine 1g
• Alpha GPC 300mg
• Raw egg yolks 6-12
• BPC 157 oral 1000mcg
If your diet, political stance, or spiritual path makes you judge people more than love them… that’s your signal to pause. Labels are comforting until they become cages. And cages don’t expand consciousness: they trap it. True evolution means holding firm truths while leaving space for others to hold theirs. That’s conscious polarity.
