Well said. So well said. The only struggle that I'm left with is, as the author stated about participation in politics : "This isn't to mock the efforts of those that are working hard to engage policymakers on these issues, as there are principled individuals fighting difficult battles inside legislatures and regulatory bodies, and **their work often prevents even worse outcomes**; but it's just a reality check on the soundness of a particular strategy." So my internal struggle is this : what is the right balance of political participation versus all other forms of involvement. How much time to spend on political participation versus time spent on promoting freedom technology adoption? I struggle with that everytime I see an opportunity to send an email to a politician, send a letter, go to a grassroots meeting, go vote, etc. Is it worth it? View article →
