If I was an evil dev I would put a "bug" in the software that lets me passively collect keys Then I would wait for other hackers to discover it Then I would steal some under the radar amount of coins, maybe 10-20, to blend in with the other hackers
A lot of honest bitcoiners getting thrown under the bus for recommending coldcard, it ain't right, it ain't tight Tbh I feel like it's more the devs (like me) who never verified anything that is more to blame than the podcasters But of course the blame should sit squarely with coinkite and nvk. Mf just got fat on sales, never reinvested into security, never took reports seriously and handled this is the worst possible way Then the rest of the blame goes to the technical community who had years to verify and attack but didn't To me @Guy Swann @ODELL @BTC Sessions are honest true gems in the bitcoin community and shouldn't be blamed for this
Good morning Someone from my real bank called me this morning, he had a thick Indian accent, and let's just say it didn't go so well, I assumed it was a scam If I go to jail for hate crimes, just know I love you all (Except nvk, not you)
