and so it begins…. packing for 6+ months in 1 backpack. I’ve done it before, I can do it again! 🫠

always will choose an outdoor office. 💻 ☀️

first time making homemade sipping chicken broth. 🍗 ☕️🫠 -2 lbs chicken carcasses (fresh from farmers market) -celery, carrots, onion, garlic -roasted for 20 min -simmered in crock pot for 18 hours -fresh thyme, black pepper and parsley added last 20 min -cooled to room temp and ready to sip best enjoyed while soaking up all the yumminess of the sun. ☀️ 🤍

taking work outside today with my co-worker. ☀️

feeing very open in my heart, mind, & body. been focusing on implementing movement and rhythms that honor my body and reorient back to nature, and I feel my soul coming alive in new ways. also Puff says hi. love kitty sun stretches. 🐈 ☀️ 🤍

time outside first thing this morning with a sweet friend. 3.34 miles 2,147 ft of elevation does the soul well. 🌲✨🦋🌈🤍

the most beautiful boy. we are wrapping up our 4 weeks with this sweet pup. Im never going to get over his eyes. 🤍

life feels really good right now. ✨ the ultimate gift is spending time doing things you love with people you love.

after 6 months of traveling and house/dog sitting internationally, we are back in the States for another housesit. luckily, where we are staying in situated on 800 acres in beautiful Colorado- there’s space to breathe. space to feel alive. space to be. getting back into a culture where there’s a lot of hustle and bustle, I’m having to really be intentional with my mental and physical energy. these flowers on the land make me smile and bring me a sense of peace. a reminder to focus on the stillness and beauty within each moment. ✨

a pretty dreamy place to wake up and be creative. spending 3 nights a family members boat in Maine and there’s nothing like waking up in the middle of the ocean. so much energy. so much peace. taking time to be creative is healing to the soul. 🎨 🌸 🌊

when your husband says, “let’s go on a walk and get some sun before we’re on an airplane all day”…. 🥰
