One thing I’m learning is that the more I strain for focus or ideas, the more disconnected I feel. When I pause, recenter, go outside and let myself just be, something shifts. I begin to notice what’s already before me. And it feels the most natural and true. 🌿🌺🫶🏼

personally, I can’t stand how this balcony is constructed. no clear view of the sun and sunset…. but my little buddy makes it a bit better. 🧡

we’ve been living on Brett’s uncles boat for the last 11 days, making our way from Virginia to Florida. nothing like waking up and going to bed with the sun, being out on the water, & soaking in the vastness of the ocean.
