GN Nostr This evenings trail run felt really good after being cooped up in the rain yesterday. Dopamine was at a high and then… POP I audibly heard and definitely felt my right meniscus tear (I’m pretty sure, I haven’t seen a doctor yet.) Anyone deal with this before? I have it iced and I’ll get in to see a doctor as soon as they will take me. FUCK.

Rain reprieve, I can almost see the sun. Thankful to be outside. ☀️

GN Nostr It’s going to rain again so I got in another trail run before I’m relegated to the gym. While I was enjoying a spectacular sunset, I got news that new baby was being born into the family so I rushed to the hospital and greeted the healthy boy and Mama. God is good. Life is good. Sweet dreams.

Good afternoon Nostr friends. It’s a beautiful day, I hiked with friends and now I’m cleaning up and getting ready to paint my house. What are you up to today? Also check out my last job commission, a pyramid mausoleum with an ocean view (repairs and reconstruction this was built in 1903.)
