One of the things that makes GrapeRank different than most (all?) other WoT scores out there in the wild right now is that it is designed to function as the weight in trust-weighted sums and averages. This may not sound very exciting, but it’s pretty important. Kinda indispensable, I think. #wot 🧠 ⚡️ 🍇

I’m in the process of incorporating NIP-56 reports in a big way into Brainstorm, your personal WoT relay. For each user and for each report type, your grapevine will calculate the total number of reports weighted by GrapeRank. Reports authored by spam accounts are ignored bc their baseline GrapeRank scores are zero by default. For any given report type, you’ll have the option to blacklist users who are reported over some threshold number of trusted accounts. If people start reporting with custom report types (not limited by what’s in the NIP-56 spec), those will be automatically processed by the grapevine. #wot 🧠 ⚡️ 🍇
