Pain isn’t always bad.
In the body, pain is a signal to heal.
In the market, pain is a signal to learn.
Pain is unavoidable. It’s easier to manage when you embrace it.
One of the best parts about going to bitcoin conferences is hearing first-hand how bitcoin is being adopted and used, all over the world.
It was a pleasure to speak with @Man Like Kweks on making music, circular economies, value for value, bitcoin education and more.
Check out Man Like Kweks on Fountain and the @Geyser campaign, ‘Hedhi Huru’ in Tanzania.
“Never miss another sunrise.”
This is the first piece of advice Dr. Jack Kruse gives a new patient- usually dealing with a life threatening illness…
To me, natural sunlight and grounding in the morning are worth more than an extra hour of sleep.
Part of living on a bitcoin standard is surrounding yourself with builders.

One of the coolest uses of Nostr I’ve ever seen @PUBPAY.me
Zapping speakers in real time.
Every conference needs this.

If AI reshapes labor and energy, blockspace will reshape sovereignty.
Institutions, nations, and individuals who understand this first will gain an unbelievable advantage.
I had the pleasure of hearing Bob Burnett speak on this recently, check it out👇

We Are Satoshi • Bob Burnett: AI, Energy, and the New Race for Blockspace • Listen on Fountain
In this episode, Bitcoin mining veteran Bob Burnett breaks down one of the most important — and least understood — forces shaping our future: t...
Went surfing at Sunzal/Tunco today. Awesome wave for learning and nice vibe despite being pretty crowded.
Meanwhile bitcoin price is dumping? IMO bitcoin gives us the opportunity to not worry about having a second job as a financial manager, and just live our lives.

@PUBPAY.me makes it possible to zap speakers during their talks!
@Efrat Fenigson crushing it teaching us about CBDCs and why we need grassroots bitcoin adoption.
It is the bitcoin builders who will take us to the bright orange future.
@Francis Mars
You can just do things

Made it! Great to be back in bitcoin country.
2 years ago I spent sats for the first time in El Salvador.
Now I’m back and funding the trip with bitcoin I earned. Let’s go!

Received a proper “cavity search” going through TSA today.
It’s always interesting when other travelers see you opt out and the treatment you receive as a result.
I overheard one lady telling her friend she also likes to opt out, but was in a rush.
Less than 1% of people opt out of the face and body scanners.
Bitcoiners are opting out of the fiat system and imo we should opt out of the surveillance state as well.
If we don’t exercise our rights how can we expect to keep them?
Last ride before travel. 33 miles to clear the mind and work the body.

I have a very hard time believing the government can send a $2000 “tariff dividend” to every single person without printing.
100 million checks = $200 billion. The stated tariff revenue is $195 billion…
However, I will give it to them it’s a great strategy going into midterms to regain some support after losing almost all of it over Israel/Epstein this year.
Rode the bike to the Bitcoin Walk today.
Had some fantastic conversations… great ideas brewing…
The only gripe I have is the egregious high altitude aerosol spraying that took away one of our precious Fall bluebird days here in the PNW.
