If you have a loved one or friend you’re trying to orange pill, take them to an in person bitcoin event. Part of understanding bitcoin is intellectual, but the human/community side is just as important.

Arrived at @npub1qzl7...ulcs today. For the next 3 days more than 100 bitcoiners will be on Sandy Island in Lake Winnipesaukee. Hands down my favorite bitcoin event.

I thought it would be safe to book my bus ticket for an hour and 30 minutes after landing in Boston. Looks like I’m not gonna make it because it’s taken over an hour for the bags to come out. Nice welcome back to the great USA.

45 mile bike ride to cap off an awesome week in Prague

The weirdest part about bitcoin conferences is you see so many familiar faces and meet so many people that you can’t always remember if you’ve met them before or not. Never had that experience before but twice this past week people told me we had met before and I didn’t recognize them at all. Nothing I dislike more than being the guy who doesn’t remember meeting you or doesn’t remember your name after multiple interactions. Grateful that everyone understands and it’s never that awkward. On the more positive side I must say that @BTC Prague is the highest signal conference I’ve been to. This was my third year and it is full of top notch people. The Bitcoin NGU is builders. And it’s going straight up and to the right.

Bitcoin culture is the furthest thing from dead. The number of bitcoiners is the NGU metric that matters. And it’s up and to the right only.

Prague is so beautiful.

Sometimes you just have to trust that things are going to work out. You can’t control everything and when you accept that, things start happening for you, not to you.

Sleep deprived. But damn it was a good day.
