That feeling when you have an original thought (or one that apparently hasn't hit the internet yet), and you know its funny, but you just don't want to engage with the current thing.

Y2K Amish. Civilization peaked in 1999
Fuck yeah UMaine!
I'm slowly coming back around to emulation. I've been a real hardware zealot for a long time, but I found I was spending more time tinkering with stuff than actually playing games.
I think a handheld of some sorts is on my horizon.
Look, as an American, I can admit that gaming history is very US-centric and that crash in '83 didn't affect Europe which had its own thing. That said, I've found literally nothing on the ZX Spectrum or C64 that compares to Mario, Mega Man, Castlevania or Zelda, so I don't care.
Ubisoft should steer into things and release a game where you can time travel and bang every notable person in history's sister.
When you get called out for doing something stupid, don't let off the gas, step on it.
I know this is extremely niche, but I could really use a Lean Six Sigma Wojak right now throw around at work.
The good thing about the JFK files is that everyone gets to walk away with more stuff for their favorite theory. You can even mix and match, or combine them all: LBJ, Bush Sr., the mob, Israel, the CIA, the FBI, the Russians, Castro - The all-star team of the century.
I wonder if more people would consider themselves Trump supporters if it meant they had the opportunity to fight Tim Walz.
AI will do amazing things when it comes to cover letters. We will have AI writing everyone's cover letter, and then AI reading everyone's cover letter, and then hopefully we will all realize that cover letters were always a meaningless waste of time in the employment process.
Pam Bondi was up all night making nice little binders for all the influencers. Try to be nicer this time. She worked hard on those binders!
Profanity is the sign of a weak mind trying to express itself.
And therefore, I will double my swear word usage in 2025.
In the Year of Our Lord 2025, no one should be playing Sonic 3 without having S&K attached (and vice versa), and if that's the case, no one should be playing Sonic 3 & Knuckles without just playing Sonic 3 Complete. So its a bummer that RetroAchievements has depreciated the set.

March 15, 2020, I went out to lunch with a client. March 16, 2020, everyone got sent home with their computers and the insanity began. 5 years later and not a single lockdowner has been punished.
Bahahaha eat shit BC. Love an upset.
I started exploring libertarianism in 2008 with Ron Paul. I would say my interest peaked during the covid mass hysteria, probably in 2022.
In 2025, it just feels like a lifeless ideology to me. My reactions to many things are still reflexively libertarian, but it just doesn't excite me like it used to.
Colby College just hired that covid ghoul Nirav Shah to teach public health.
I believe Colby's endowment is somewhere around $1B.
It's time to raid these endowments.
Tonight I managed to locate a 21 year old Halo fan video that caused my circle of friends to fuck with glitches for a couple weeks straight. I can't believe this still exists on the internet.
With the whole Department of Education thing percolating in the background, I feel like we're on the verge of having some uncomfortable, but necessary conversations about public education.
Real bummer. Years of making my commute more enjoyable.
