In management, there's something called the Peter Principle where employees are inevitably promoted to roles where they no longer are competent. I wonder if something like that exists with technology, where a technology will inevitably progress to a point where it sucks.
The fun thing about AI is that internet natives, those with fine-tuned skills to detect AI deepfakes, are rendered completely useless by Laura Loomer's face. Is it AI? Is it really that botched? Who knows!
