I have a rough hierarchy when seeking medical advice:
1. My wife and her family, who are all senior in the medical profession, with a few exceptions.
2. The wider medical community.
3. AI and the Google.
4. Friends and family.
5. Random strangers on the Internet 😂
I just calculated there are 676 possible TLA's starting with the letter "B"
(or any letter for that matter, excluding numbers in the TLA).
And here's the fun part, I did the maths instead of asking my AI 😂
