GM. I drove my mother-in-law and her sister very early for an hour to her nephew’s. A few months ago it was for tomatoes, then it was pancetta, now it’s soppresota. She’s only (almost) 85. As soon as she got here, the apron is on and they are cutting meat for the grinder. They are cut from a different cloth.
