Latest attack vector against Elon’s family of companies. How is the FAA funded again?
“President Biden wants companies like SpaceX that use American airspace for rocket launches to start paying taxes into a federal fund that finances the work of air traffic controllers”

The opposite of globalist.

It’s grim up here.
“When Justin Trudeau took office, a Canadian household earning the median income could cover the costs of owning an average home by spending 39% of their pay, according to RBC. Now that figure is 64%”

I seem to have gained a hundred followers or so last week despite only composing posts in my head and not actually contributing anything.
On the off-chance you aren’t a spicy mix of pornbots and Feds, thanks for the consideration and I promise to add more soon.
Happy Saturday!
Hard to believe Jo was a hopeless progressive a few years back, tying with Gary Lineker as the UK’s most annoying champagne socialist.
But everyone has their limits.
Could be 2024’s MVP. Unwavering commitment, outstanding results.

Taught our 4-year old about static electricity the other day as we were getting the sheets out of the dryer, lots of crackles in the air.
Today he wanted Rice Krispies for breakfast, crackle crackle.
“That’s the electricity, right?“
Love exploring the world through curious kid logic.
Happy Easter everyone.
Given the entire political framework of Western societies (and elsewhere, for various divergent reasons) is now merely the administrative layer for a cabal of <globalists | bankers | communists | misanthropes | lizards | malevolent aliens> and likely beyond repair, what might an alternate system look like? Is this end-game inevitable for liberal democracy? Even with sound money?
Say you were given the keys to one half of Greenland for a new state. First move (after separating money from state)?
I do wonder if a “jury duty” approach for randomly selected appointees from the citizenry combined with more frequent referendums would provide a better outcome than election cycles and career politicians, which seem destined for inevitable corruption.
Joe the electrician, you have two years as minister for infrastructure - go!
Balaji been on fire recently.

If this “renter’s charter” thing passes up here in Castreau’s Cuba North it’s only going to slash the rental pool, it makes an already shaky proposition untenable for would-be landlords.
At root it’s just a further erosion of property rights. I mean yes, there’s the first order benefit to the CRA in extra taxation…. but also Government now has a room registry, tallies well with globalist migration schemes.
Bees super happy in the cherry blossoms this week (volume up!)

1.5 cups of flour
1 cup of milk
0.5 cups of water
1 heaped tbsp baking powder
1 smushed banana
Decent amount of melted butter

Clafoutis for breakfast, with pear. Bit gloomy and wet outside today, good warming fare. #foodstr

Boom XB-1 in the air for the first time.
I miss Concorde; any progress to plug the technological regression of past decades is a welcome development. Let’s get back to pushing boundaries.

The RCMP warns the federal government Canada may descend into civil unrest once citizens realize the hopelessness of their economic situation.
Unfortunately we have a government in name only, in practice they are merely a sub-administrative layer for the one world globalists tearing it all down before their great reset.
“The coming period of recession will … accelerate the decline in living standards that the younger generations have already witnessed compared to earlier generations”

Reminiscent of that bit in The Mandibles where squatters take the old lady’s apartment. I guess we’re still following along. Subsequent chapters aren’t too pretty.

The speed with which the royal family appear to be unravelling, post QEII, is quite impressive. She timed her exit impeccably.
The amount of cumulative time I’ve spent removing tracking IDs after URLs when pasting links… I refuse to perpetuate this stuff as a matter of principle.

Another way in which #nostr is superior, I suppose!
