If you are a extreme wealthy person foreign or domestic, you are watching what’s going on in the Middle East. Whether you made your fortune in oil, minerals, weapons, or whatever; you see how easily it can be destroyed, taken away.
This instability is also the vulnerability that strikes fear into the very character you have built. If you cannot store your wealth in currency, commodity, corporate or sovereign treasuries…what has it all been for.
The destruction of war will continue to increase in a compounding level. It’s no longer burn some cotton fields, sink some ships, blow up some pipelines and bridges. No, war is moving towards the complete destruction of centuries in reliance, infrastructure, most importantly trust/prediction.
