Imagine thinking you employ someone who steals from you. While the reality is that those "employees" get to boss you around & could put you in a cage that was paid for by the value they have already stolen. Obviously they aren't employees, but they also aren't all knowing or all powerful. "We the poeple" is a thoughtless, voiceless abstraction that is impossible to distinguish from "the public" or "the majority" which is exactly what authoritarians use to manipulate & control individuals. Let go of ideas & concepts that do not serve you. You don't need any sort of collective or a "we" of any kind to quietly stop obeying & stop funding your own destruction one step at a time.

Imagine a bowl of soup. The Fed adds water while claiming to make it possible to feed 100 people. But it still has the nutritional value of one bowl of soup. No matter how much of that "soup" people think they are consuming, they are still starving. That's what the Fed is doing to the money. It's all built on irrational nonsense. It's not science or political science or philosophy or economics, it's all just a bunch of greedy justifications for theft & violence & coercion.

What makes a person into a "bad guy" is harming innocent people. It doesn't matter your reason for harming the innocent, it still makes you a piece of shit criminal. You don't blow up hostages to get the bad guys & still get to call yourself one of the good guys. This applies equally to all people, of all nationalities, in all situations.

Forced action cannot be virtuous or moral. Freedom is the only path to anything good.

When someone claims that the pursuit of happiness results in hedonism & mindless indulgence they are really just exposing their own shallow understanding of happiness & fulfillment.

I wonder if the world would look any different if the failure of the Nuremberg defense was more widely understood & accepted. If people understood that they were morally responsible for every action they took, & that being a paid corporate or government employee & obeying some order or request to spread lies or participate in some otherwise shitty behavior made them no different from any common criminal paid by someone else to commit a crime, would more people think twice about the things they do? 🤔
