#GM Frens! I just had a crazy dream about my best friend. We were at a super wild party, maybe a New Year's celebration, in this undergrad place that was half science, half punk. It was centered around a huge geyser enclosed in a gargantuan basalt tube. I had a massive canvas, taller than me, completely covered in black and was showing it to everyone. Actually, I held a workshop at some point on how it was done... everyone was painting black over other well-known canvases. The paradox was that, in the end, that devalued my own black painting. I distinctively remember the price drop ding. Somehow we were also for a moment on a plane with super cheap furniture that was falling apart, and I was disputing the damages. Outside, there was an Orthodox church on the shore of a lake. We weren’t in Russia, but in Finland maybe or somewhere up north. Then the head of It from work messaged me, asking if we have anyone on Nostr. It was mostly about my best friend and me, but his fiancé and my wife appeared briefly later.
