Ilia Topuria couldn’t handle the damage Justin Gaethje doles out and Alex Pereiria was just outclassed by a much better athlete.
P4P list changed up a lot last night. Good card even though it was a really gay political event. MMA is the apex sport and it’s not even close.

Having inferior capital stuck in a permissioned “tax advantaged” account feels very risky on the 20+ year timeframe with all of the pent up volatility and risk within fiat systems. It’s definitely a trap.
The user rights and optionality guaranteed by Bitcoin are worth at least an order of magnitude more than the promise of tax-free withdrawals at age 60.
As @FeynStructure correctly pointed out, politics is a *positive* feedback loop.
Positive feedback loop: a self-reinforcing process where the output of a system amplifies its own input, pushing the system further and further from its starting state.
This *perfectly* describes politics.

Politics is a negative feedback loop.
In a decade I might fuck around and start a custom home construction company that refuses stick builds, builds homes rated to last centuries (not decades), that leverages clever geothermal engineering, that will install hidden bunkers and escape tunnels and that can be grid independent (if needed).
Builds that are beautiful, multi-generational and that owners feel pride and security in. Houses that are actually worth the cost.
Stick builds suck and they are a terrible value imho. There needs to be superior alternatives and people need to see there are other ways.

In the late 90s my dad used to consistently harp on how me and my brother just needed to find jobs that paid 50k/yr and we would be set 😂😂
It’s crazy how clueless he was and also how he had zero aspiration past being a peasant wagee. Like the most he could imagine for his sons were modest wage jobs. Thank god I never took his weak advice seriously.
Imagine how insanely different the modern world would be without the automobile. Completely unrecognizable.
