Beauty require time. Imagine how beautiful we would live if everday we would have a dinner like it would be someone else's wedding and we are a guest. We'd dress nicely, speak better words (or just try not to cuss:)) be more cautious with people, more gentle with everything, more appreciative... just more beautiful. But how much preparation that would required? O my god... and thinking? What will I wear, do I have enough XYZ etc etc.? My more rascal part of me would say its just too much... Maybe I woudn't want it or live like that. So maybe life really is about balance... Or time... or brain capacity to think about it all... Short essay on #archetypes. (I publish it, again, just in case all other centralised platforms would be eradicated from the web) I like to think about archetypes in a broader context and zoom out a little bit. I'll make a case for 3 major types in Europe: my thesis is there're 3 main "types" in Europe, each representing different archetype with different dominant archetype's qualities. These 3 types are: Eastern-Europeans (Poles, Czechs, Slovaks, Russians, Ukrainians, etc.) Mediterraneans (Italians, Greeks, Spaniards, Portuguese, Balkans). Nordic/Germanic (Germans, Dutch, English, Scandinavians). And when it comes to archetypes, there are 4 types of archetypes: warrior, king, lover, magician. In every European type one of these 4 archetypes play the major role, overcome the others at the same time. "Too much of anything is not good for you, baby"- Barry White once beautifully sung. Too much Lover: person or group can't stay focused, or they can, but not on things that matters, your mission is far from what you're doing. You probably should focus more if you don't want to loose XYZ. Too much King: it can means too much organizing, too much order. Everything "works," but it's just an impression; behind perfect working Swiss clock there're already fascists marching to Reistag and getting into power (=Nazists, right?). Too much Warrior: can do simple jobs with no attention to detail or beauty (Lover), and can't move past that because there's no vision (King). Sometimes too agressive,(easyli triggered). Sometimes can't move at all without someone else pointing out the direction-just like in the army. First to protect. Too much Magician: Change concepts, ideas, projects all the time. If there's strong Warrior -yes, can accomplish many things but without strong King is not consistent. Too emotional. Can be forgiving. The debate remains open as to what degree it would be good to improve what kind of archetype... But let's see what can happenn when there's too much of one particular type. (DISCLAIMER: In this excerpt I only focus on one type!) Let's take a look at "Lover type". And so for Italians, even more Lover (than it is now:)) would be deadly. Like Roman Empire deadly. No more country and no culture. Bye bye Canolli or other Biscotti. The "dolce vita" lifestyle can be harmful when it comes to illegal immigration on the rise. Too much Lover can turn anyone into Mommy's boy. And for Eastern Europeans too much Lover can mean too much attachment to comfort, too much beer and conflicts in parliament and suddenly the country is torn apart. But that's where Eastern European is rather lacking because the Warrior always had been stronger. There wasn't much lover in German type either. But it's different. Germans value their precision, vision, and their sacrifice for particular company which can be a good thing, but guilt remaining- even today, to this day, after WWII (caused by strict order and loyalty) - would suggests otherwise. Too much King, repressed Lover and the Magician, is not good either. And too strong Warrior without King? WWII is unfortunately a good example of what can happen with such disproportion in archetypes forces. As you can see by now, each European type has specific qualities that is Good for them but for others can be deadly. And all of these three I just mentioned, in all of them there's little or even not at all the fourth type: Magician. This is a Wise wizard, alchemizer with the ability to turning everything into advantages, even the worst case, the one who is seeing good in every moment- he knows how to bring that out. Without magician all of the three above can become too rigid, too stuck. I would say Eastern European, still have a strong Warrior. Mediterranean -Lover... of course. British -still King. But as we can see, especially from what's been happening in the UK recently, a strong King is not so strong anymore. And more importantly: king means little without his Warrior. The same applies to Italians- the Lover alone is not sufficient. Isn't the case that all of these type would require more of a "King" but redefined? New vision, new outlook for present and future? That's just an open question. But the real question has always been: what does the "king" even means? And what does it mean for a specific needs in particular context? How the King can looks like in one particular area taking under consideration all of the advantages already existing there. (Again- very contextual thing). Can it be for example more entrepreneurial vision for Eastern European with vision of more prosperity? (Which happened by the way after transformation in 90'). And for Mediterranean could it be -more dads stepping up and creating more communities evolved around for example martial arts, strengthening their warrior type? And for Brits and Germans- could it be taking their own power back and further deciding where the nation should go in terms of international trade and immigration? (which happened around Brexit) It's not easy to say, all of these are just an assumption and there are many stereotypes. The best one could do is to try evaluate yourself or your team/friends. To summarize I'd say this: There's no need to emphasize and glorifying one particular type of Archetype (for example King) because all of them are needed. And King can be slightly different if other 3 types: Magician, Lover, Warrior, where they all are appearing in various proportions. It's really very contextual. So there's no good or bad answers of what is necessary or what is needed in one specific moment. Balance is the key.

Importance of UNplugging yourself and seek solitutde in nature. There's two wolves in me: -I'm taking radical responsibility for everything, blaming myself for eating too much cake because a know I won't get up for early run and becquse of that I can ruin my whole next month and God knows what else... -it's literally that f***ked up world and nothing is my fault. I did what I could. Few weeks ago in the area where I'm living now, for half of day electricity shut down. No tv, no fridges and of course no WiFi etc. I swear it was like someone would take some stones of my shoulders. And one hour later: I've heard neighbours talking... you know...they started being together again, they formed (how quickly) some sort of small community... Which makes sense Maybe you remember from childhood (when it happened much more often) when electricity shut down and you suddenly lights up candle, started to play some board games close to candles (for visibility of course) and in general talk to your "hated-one-second-ago" siblings... June is men's health awareness month and sometimes, taking under consideration we are flooded with 5G towers and God knows what else, maybe all of it, is literally not your fault. Screw that forever-improvement way of thinking, maybe we just need to screw all of that and start to grow our own vegetables far from cities and civilization (idea not so new, but worth repeating) Chopping wood can be more healthy than super carrer in new prosperous startup. Anyway, congrats if you created the whole brand around you being the first wolf, but today I'm advocating for the second one and I'm just going to pick-up fresh herbs from the wood and that's my highest potential realised. When it comes to Archetyoes an ld especially King/Shadow King. Comparisons can be tempting. Judging too. But in real life, it's much more complicated and can't be judged that easily. If you'd like to judge any other man on whether he has a strong or weak King (you may think of status of some sort) you may miss. For example: I would say, sure, most addicts have a strong Shadow King. But how do you know if the person who's addicted and still manages to go and work for his kids 5 or 6 days a week doesn't have a strong king? Maybe that's the strong, real king in him telling him he has to do what he has to do and deciding this is the best he can do. He didn't run away from his kids, he's trying to hold his family together. His version of kingship - still as an addict, let's say -is to be a better man than his own father, who was completely on the shadow side. You never know. The best thing is to judge yourself in all honesty. And even that is not easy. Anyway... This is just a tool that I hope may help clarify some things.
