Day 3 #olas365 This is a picture I took of one of the megalithic gates into the citadel of Mycenae, on the Peloponnese in Greece. Mycenae was a Bronze Age civilization and major Centre of Greek civilization from 1600-1100 BC. It was the birthplace of two of the heroes of the Trojan War - King Agamemnon and his brother Menelaos.

Wim Hof's YouTube account just published a collection of people's coolest cold plunge spots. Obviously, there are some amazing places 🤩❄️ What is yours? For me in 2024 it was definitely the Knakion Springs near Sparta, in Greece. Especially now in the winter when the currents are stronger - amazing!! Maybe I can also catch them during some snow this year 🙏🏻

Day 2 Olas post. This is a fresco showing a Minoan priestess or even Goddess attending to the flowers in the garden of life. Some archeologists say they are lilies. The Minoan culture, a Bronze Age civilization on the Greek island of Crete (2000-1450 BC), had at least matriarchic elements in their society. The divine Mother was their all encompassing deity.
