Anti-"anti": I believe in focusing on what we are rather than on what we are not. Otherwise we become what we are not. ────────────────────────── I enjoy chilled intellectual conversations, preferably dialogues rather than debates 🧠 If we're debating, I care that none of us is overwhelmed by our own stress, care that we're not debating out of our hallucinations about each other's positions 👾 Otherwise, we're engaging in rational debates imitation. We're not on some legacy media platform; nobody can ban anyone, so naive traditionalist-ish ethics don't work here. We're damned to learn how to communicate effectively here without unnecessarily harming each other 🫂 I haven't yet encountered any -ism that would be sound enough with my belief system. @Ben Arc why NIP-171? There are way too many DM/group chat protocols already, and one should have a really good reason to create a new one today. View quoted note → This discussion breaks off with no reasonable response as well: #asknostr #anagram #devstr

@Kieran as the relay CNAME suggests, I guess it could be your creation? View quoted note → I hope it's not a joke if so. I like it; thanks for building it! In case you're interested, I left several suggestions under that post and posted this issue: #devstr

image Ah, this sweet relief. Looks like with these kind of absurd rules (censorship, practically), there's no way, from a new #blackhatworld forum account, to highlight any potential scammer there. Their community is trapped, and it's good to know that now. Don't waste time creating accounts on centralized platforms—it's a resource-consuming trap. It gives nothing in return in this particular case. If you have a reasonable concern about a market item posted on their forum or anywhere else, better use something like Yes, it kinda sucks that it's basically complaining into the decentralized void, rather than having a dialogue with the potential scammer directly (who knows, maybe they could still demonstrate that they provide a legitimate service?—I still don't know that), but at least your message would be possible to find by whoever is doing the research 🕵️‍♂️ View quoted note →
