Is there a Nostr-friendly RSS feed reader out there? I'm currently using Inoreader and kinda hate it. #AskNostr

Almost forgot to post my baby for National Dog Day! My Lulu is sweet, sassy, and an absolute butthead sometimes, but I wouldn't have her any other way.

Today has been a bit insane with work, and I can feel the stress in my neck, back, and shoulders. Trying to be an adult and keep my chin up, so I took Lu out for her walk a bit earlier than usual. As expected, I'm trying to walk her and answer a message from someone on my team when a flutter of movement kind of jars me out of my heads-down moment. A little dragonfly - maybe two inches long and shimmery blue-green - landed on the side edge of my phone. It stayed there a good thirty seconds while I walked, and we just stared at each other before it eventually fluttered off. Sometimes I think God uses little things to remind us to just breathe and trust that He's got things under control when we feel out of control. Anyway, it made me smile. I put my phone away and enjoyed the rest of the walk.

Finally getting around to watching @HODL 's Nostr series. I'm watching # 2: “You Are Meant For More” right now, and had to stop it and take a breath. Right at the 2 minute mark he asks, "Who convinced you that you had to be small?" That hit so hard. My whole life I've been treated like I'm weird. Odd, if you're being polite. I was always interested in technology and how things work. Never cared much about the things other girls my age were interested in. My friend's dad once told me I was an old soul. Somewhere along the way, I internalized all that and mentally hunched around my core interests and personality to protect what I thought had value against what the world said should be important. I put on masks I thought made me at least look like everyone else so I could fit in. I made who I am small for everyone else's comfort. Part of why I love Nostr so much is that I don't feel the need for that constraint here. On other social media, I have to twist to fit in the pre-defined boxes. Here I can just be.

GM Nostr friends! I've been on a dirty chai kick for my morning beverage, but I just ran out of chai concentrate. 😑 That being said, I do have a huge bag of chai sitting in my tea cupboard (yes, I have an entire cupboard chock full of different teas), but I'm just lazy about prepping it. Whine whine whine. Busy day ahead putting out fires for work. We told the business that we weren't comfortable with the changes they wanted to push through too quickly, but they made us (me) do it anyway, and now things are blowing up because one person trying to coordinate stuff for four campuses who all do things differently is DEFINITELY going to end well... Sigh. Fiat job security, I guess? Ah, the life of a business analyst! Find a reason to smile today.

Just sat back down at my desk after taking the dog out for her walk, and had the BEST neck crack. Ahh...🥹

I frickin love Bitchat. Hopped on the wonderful Bitmap and used some of my rusty French skills to direct some Quebequois how to find their Geohash, and then 'ported around the world in 8 seconds!

GM Nostr friends. Had a couple old bananas sitting around, so made some bread using my dad's old recipe. Hubby will be excited when he gets home. The weather has switched over to cool today, and I can finally have the windows open. It is glorious. Enjoy your Saturday!

Help, Nostr. Someone recently posted a site related to Wavlake where you could see lists of popular tracks and artists on Nostr and make your own playlists. It had a Nostr login ability. I thought I had bookmarked the site, but now I can't find it. #AskNostr
