Banks are required to report all transactions (not just $10k+) to IRS which then have AI flag activity for more review. I think they don’t even need CBDCs to get specifically approved to get much of its surveillance.

I believe there’s a significant chance that the appearance of humanity is the “Big Bang” of consciousness in the universe. I.e. the chance of it appearing anywhere is as infinitesimally small as the chance of a quantum fluctuation spawning an entire universe.
