Image compression is now in NoorNote too.
That's how fast the open source scene works. Bro builds a cool video and audio compressor, I integrate it into NoorNote a few hours later. Bro adds an image compressor the next day and announces it, and an hour later it's in NoorNote too.
Commercial companies can't hold a candle to us. They'd still be scheduling their first Scrum meeting in that time.

Haha, totally a Turkish cat. All that's missing is the cigarette and some black tea.

USD losing value faster than a Lamborghini and people are celebrating Bitcoin price go up 🤦♂️
It's a great video compressor. I've now integrated it into #NoorNote's media uploader. In my test upload, it compressed a 94.5MB video that I'd recorded on the phone down to 9.4MB. Considering that a lot of media and Blossom servers in the free tier only allow uploads up to 20 to 30MB, that's pretty useful.
Right now it's only on . It'll come to desktop and mobile with the next release. And the next release won't happen until a big feature I'm working on is mature enough to release.

because everything powered by opensats, why there's no opensats client relay AI bots
Why's everybody posting what they eat right now? Did I miss something? Or are people only eating on Sundays?
Teaching LLMs proper CSS architecture so they don't spit out Tailwind slop is such a PITA. That's the pre AI slop from frontend devs that the LLMs got trained on. Don't come at me with that "AIs only produce slop" line. They just reproduce the slop that was already there before.

If someone's got a proven track record in the fiat business, like really profited from it and got rich off it, then I get suspicious when they start celebrating decentralization and talking about sovereignty. What kind of hunger could a person like that really have for sovereignty?
A little fair going on here at the Turkish mosque. I always head over there with the kids, just for the awesome food alone. The moms prepare a thousand things homemade style, and the akhis grill the best kebab.

The best way to stack Sats is to get paid in Sats for your craft.
That's why we also say 'focus on your craft'. To earn some Sats directly.
And that's why sovereign marketplaces are so important. Marketplaces where you can offer both products and services. Offering products is almost easier than positioning your services on the market. That's why I'm focusing really hard on the service providers in #NoorNote development right now. Brace yourselves.
Yeah, I've noticed that too. You can tell just by comparing the reaction counts on notes that make it into their top charts with ones that have even higher numbers but don't show up there at all. Otherwise, I don't get the point of a caching server like that if a bunch of replies, zaps, or notifications never even get displayed. Plus, a centralized caching server totally goes against the whole decentralized vibe of Nostr itself.
