Out of over 1,500,000 OP_RETURN outputs created since block height 930,600 (Core v30 release) only 0.001% have been larger than 83 bytes. So much for "blowing out the OP_RETURN limit" killing Bitcoin, eh @Matthew Kratter?

The median reachable Bitcoin node's upstream bandwidth dropped by 39% year over year to 6.6 megabits per second. This is both baffling and concerning. image

"How can Trump abduct a sitting president? Doesn't this violate international law?" Oh sweet summer child, "international law" is a misnomer that should just be called "geopolitical customs." At the top of the power hierarchy, there is no law - there is only anarchy.

With BTC's exchange rate ending 2025 down 6%, the 4 year cycle of 3 up years followed by 1 down year is officially broken. On the bright side, Bitcoin has never seen 2 down years in a row. Let's just hope that pattern isn't broken in 2026!

Realized today that one of the reasons Pluribus is a fascinating mystery is the same reason Luke Dashjr is a fascinating character. You see, neither the Pluribus nor Luke are capable of lying. Or at least, that's what they claim... But when you delve deeper, you realize that they both perpetrate an incredible amount of deception, and they do so via what any normal person would call a "lie of omission." As such, Pluribus is a captivating mystery show because you're constantly trying to figure out how the hive mind is being deceptive while still answering all of the questions from the protagonists honestly.
