Good evening. Fried broccolini 🥦 has been in the dinner rotation lately ever since I tried the dish at a restaurant... I have used ghee and duck fat for the frying.... and both are a huge improvement over the canola used at the restaurant.... 😋 Sometimes I add a little soy sauce but tonight I was serving with dal, so sprinkled some toasted hazelnuts, black sesame seeds, and flaky sea salt on top. 👌 #foodstr #broccoli #foodismedicine #vegetarian
