For those of you adding me and following me, I'm Rev. Dr. Raven Wulfgar and I'm mostly here to talk about tabletop RPGs, preferrably not D&D.
At present, my road dawg, Rune Knight and I are playing respective solo games and setting them in a shared universe. We're taking the notes from those games, putting them into story form and bringing them to you. Rather than reading techical battle reports that really do nothing, we decided to show you the things that are going down in our head as we're resolving conflicts on paper, that's the more exciting stuff to us.
The best part, you can even get in on it yourself. You don't have to read it and think "Man, if I had a character in there, I'd..." No, scratch that entirely. Get yourself one of the games, grab a White Wolf Second Edition PDF for lore and inspiration purposes and go to town. Your character never has to meet ours but you're just in the same universe and a small, tangential link to something familiar from that world is fine. It's truly your table, your rules. If you're cool, hey, so are we.
Right now you're reading big city stories with vampire rock stars, werewolf metal bands, cowboy warlocks riding Harleys and horrors from the ancient world. It's a big world already and, between me and my co-author/fellow gamer, we have close to thirty stories of rich, deep lore waiting for you to read or jump in and bring your flavor to the big dark crawfish boil. Look I'm Southern. Those are still things down there. ...and they're fucking bangin!
So why not hop on over there and jump in. Worst thing that can happen is you have a little fun playing the monster.
