After everything that happened in Venezuela, it made me stop everything, questioning what I'm doing with my life, my time, and truly valuing everything. I also started prioritizing what deserves priority, and one of those things is health and being prepared in case something happens. I realized I need health insurance; I don't even need an expensive one, just a cheap one that covers a possible emergency. I researched several plans, and there's one for $72 a month that's very good, so I wanted to ask for your help to save up at least three monthly payments for the insurance, which would be $216. During that time, I would take care of saving the money to pay for the following months. View quoted note →

I want you to see this video. These are the conditions at the central hospital in my city. It's supposed to be a free hospital, but it's anything but. Because there are no supplies, patients have to buy absolutely everything, from admission forms to gauze, needles, medicine, and anything else you can imagine. There are thousands of stories of people who have surgery there and get bacterial infections, ending up worse off. I know many people don't understand Spanish, so here's what's said in the video: 0:04 - 0:12] "Given the high number of reports and complaints from users of the Central Hospital of San Cristóbal, we entered the main healthcare facility to verify the condition of its areas." [0:13 - 0:25] "Patients have to be carried in the arms of their relatives because out of the four elevators, only one is operational, which collapses due to the large number of sick people, doctors, healthcare staff, and relatives." [0:26 - 0:41] "We toured the ten floors of the Central Hospital of San Cristóbal, being able to confirm one of the main complaints: on all floors, the restrooms are out of service. We only found two open bathrooms, which are unusable and in deplorable conditions." [0:42 - 0:49] "Similarly, the west wing of floors 5, 7, 9, and 10 has remained closed for some time." [0:50 - 0:56] "The pediatric emergency room is also closed. Patients have been waiting for over a year for its reopening." [0:57 - 1:16] "Children still do not have their own space, a situation that has caused great discomfort. Inoperative wiring, ceilings, and stretchers; insufficient medications and supplies; abandoned areas that highlight the need for investment and maintenance to guarantee one of the most precious rights: health." [1:17 - 1:26] "Added to all this is the failure of public services, the lack of hygiene products, and the scarcity of food to meet the patients' daily diet."

LAST NIGHT, JULY 1, 2026 📍 Location: Caracas, Venezuela. A confrontation was reported at the entrance to Parque del Oeste, where citizens were attempting to deliver humanitarian aid (food, medicine, and medical supplies) directly to beneficiaries. According to witnesses, military personnel and other civilian organizations present at the scene indicated that the order was to receive the supplies at the entrance and that they would be responsible for distributing them. However, the citizens transporting the aid expressed distrust of the authorities and requested access to deliver the goods directly to those in need. After several minutes of waiting, during which a significant number of people gathered at the entrance demanding passage, and realizing they were being held without justification, the citizens decided to proceed. Their stated intention was to complete their mission of delivering the aid to those most in need personally and not through military intermediaries. #venezuela

Police officers are holding up supplies at Plaza Altamira in Caracas. There's a distribution center there, and they're not letting the truck through unless it's being transported in their vehicles.

The regime's operational efficiency is conspicuously absent. While rescuers try to reach La Guaira to save lives, the National Police (PNB) decided it was better to block the highway. Now, the rescue workers must abandon their vehicles and walk for miles under the scorching sun. The logic behind the blockade? Nonexistent, except for the desire to control every movement. They prefer that the rescuers waste valuable time walking, rather than allow them to reach the disaster zones quickly. Bureaucracy seems to be their absolute priority. It's a display of pure indolence. The volunteers carry medical supplies and technical equipment, but for the authorities, the only thing that matters is demonstrating who's in charge. The lives of the victims take a back seat to police whims. While the country struggles to recover, the regime's invisible walls are being erected on the main roads. Humanitarian aid becomes a hostage to the absurd restrictions of those who should be guaranteeing free passage to save the nation .

This situation is occurring at the La Zorra fishing pier in Catia la Mar. The citizens, fishermen who wanted to help the community using their own resources, say someone gave an order NOT to release fuel for use in ambulances and rescue trucks. And not even for the fishermen themselves who want to help by transporting supplies.

While hundreds of families affected by the earthquakes say they are still sleeping on the streets of Caracas, new reports have raised concerns. According to testimonies shared by citizens and volunteers, some of the humanitarian aid intended for the emergency is being stored in a warehouse belonging to the Venezuelan postal service, located in San Martín, Caracas, instead of being immediately distributed to the affected communities. The shared images show families who claim to have lost their homes and who are still waiting for food, water, medicine, and other essential supplies. ⚠️ As of the time of this publication, these reports have not been independently verified, and the authorities have not made any public statement on the matter. 🙏 In the midst of this emergency, thousands of people continue to need assistance. The prompt delivery of aid is crucial for those going through this difficult situation.
