Attended a Bitcoin-only conference in Portland @BITCOIN is for EVERYONE
My God. Bitcoiners are beautiful people.
So healthy and happy.
And @HODL , our champion.
I made the mistake of opening X this morning. Here’s today’s algorithm that social media would like for you to believe: the U.S. uniparty is eating itself, tribalism is celebrated, anyone different from you is subhuman, and influencers are the only people who deserve to have opinions.
I enjoy playing Bitcoin Treasure Hunt during boring business calls. Actually pairing keys and a path to an actively used wallet are impossible. I do it because impossible is hard to abstract, and this makes it more tangible. It’s like the vastness of outer space.
To up the scale of it all, I vibe coded an automatic Bitcoin wallet address generator in my terminal that will stop if it ever hits a non-zero wallet balance. It will run indefinitely, and like a pet, I’ll check in on it every now and again.
Would you rather make $150,000 passively or $500,000 actively? Can’t say neither. Can say both, but explain why.
$150,000 is about what you’d need to maintain the same quality of life Boomers had in their peak earning years throughout the 80’s.
The ICO’s turned me off Bitcoin in 2017. I stopped buying for years. I should have gone the other direction and gone toxic maxi. Who you listen to matters.
So much misinformation during that time.
X cringes as hard as LinkedIn when users post cryptic messages or pre- announces an announcement.
It of disrespectful of a reader’s time. If you don’t actually have something to say, just don’t post.
