Using our physicality is a gift.
Weโre designed to move and explore what our bodies our capable of.
If we donโt, our entire vessel penalises us, and it ainโt pretty
Last weekend, I ran 63km with 3,500m of elevation gain through beautiful Monteverde, Costa Rica.
Having a strong body & mind able to take on events like these is something Iโll never take for granted. Grateful to be able to explore wild places on my two feet.
FYI pull-ups after 8 hours of running really do slap
Bought 4 eggs at the markets in Costa Rica with zaps from your generosity.
What a time to be ALIVE!
Shlonking raw eggs with Jose the farmer was a great holistic way to celebrate ๐๐ฅโก๏ธ

3 years ago, I ran the โAustralian Alps Walking Trackโ, a beautiful 700km route passing through the countryโs highest terrain.
Here are some stats:
- it took my mate and I 16 days
- carried all of our gear (10-14kg)
- left 6 drop bags stocked with food
- wore 1 pair of undies for 10 days straight (merino wool - IYKYK)
- lost 5kg of body weight
- raised $10k for an environmental conservation charity
- convinced 3 of our mates to crew & film us along the route
- climbed over 30,000 metres in total
- rain jacket leaked, leading me to get seriously cold and then sick
- saw at least 3 snakes per day
- passed thousands of kangaroos and brumbies
