The 8BitDo Pro 3 has been my most-used controller over the last months, and I love it. Yes, it has a number of issues: the dome D-pad isn’t great for retro 2D games, it’s a bit too heavy, the sticks sit too low, and the latency isn’t as good as higher-end controllers. But the ergonomics and overall feel are fantastic, and I really like the buttons.
