Devs, please use your grandparents as beta testers for your apps so you can realize how bizarre some of your design decisions are. Having to click on the year to select a birth year is very unintuitive if there's nothing indicating you should do that, and yes, I know it's probably a dumb UI library like Bootstrap that every dev re-uses.

Sony is apparently delaying the PS6 for several more years. Reminder: there’s really no need for gaming to keep pushing forward in graphical terms. 8K is a scam. You can already achieve incredibly high graphical fidelity and realism with just good shaders and high-quality textures. There are turbo autists on Youtube right now pushing the hardware of old consoles to their absolute limit. We shouldn’t want or need more powerful hardware, we should demand much better optimization instead. Don’t fall for whatever the industry tries to push next.
