Think of discipline like the steel beams in a skyscraper. Every time you choose it, you reinforce your structure. Every time you give in to indulgence, you chip away at it. A few cracks won’t impact anything too obvious. But skip discipline too often and suddenly the whole thing starts to wobble and might collapse.. Choose whether you want to be getting stronger or weaker. image

Life is problems. Problems are the norm not the exception. Once you solved one the next problem arises with a 100% certainty. Don’t try to eliminate problems from your life rather get better in solving them.
