Today is my father’s 68th birthday. I know no greater protector than my father (tied with my mother) and not one day goes by that I take their love for granted. Even on his birthday, at 6:15am, he drove his friend to the hospital for their post surgery appointment. Family is everything to me.

Watching Mr. Monks Last Case: A Monk Movie. For starters, it’s so cool that all the cast members were in health to return for the film. That and Monk has always been such an accurate representation of OCD. From the care teams to Monks mind to intrusive thoughts - it’s just spot on. Tony Shalhoub is brilliant and so are the writers.

This film was incredible for so many reasons.
