Is it possible to initiate a zap that can only be claimed by a specific npub after a specific action?

@YakiHonne it would be nice if links could actually be used in a meaningful way. I don't want to watch the YouTube video in the client. The link isn't clickable. It can't be fully viewed. It can't be copied. If there's a point to having it at all, I can't find it.
