I looked into using ollama to translate from English into another language... Tried mistral 8b and llama3.1, the results were stunningly bad. Correcting it all manually would require similar effort to translating. Anyone got experience with this? Do I just need more vram and larger models or is there no way to do it privately, without paying to an LLM provider.
