Its so annoying when fitness YouTubers who focus on a modality take swipes at other modalities. Kettlebells guys do this a lot, shitting on barbells and running. Strength guys do this, shitting on kettlebells and calisthenics. I enjoy a good-natured back and forth, for sure. But that's not what these guys do. Man, the body only knows resistance. The lungs and heart can be trained from the couch to ultra-marathons. Everything has its place. Kind of a stupid rant but it's damn annoying lol

First time installing Linux Mint on an old netbook I had laying around. Slower than mollasses but still a cool project.

I will freely admit that my brain hasn't made the switch to Nostr, because I still expect an algorithm to do the work for me. Having said that, using different clients seems to be the same as switching between different browsers to access the internet. And to me, that's is pretty incredible, since there's *only one* Twitter/IG/fb. But Nostr can loom so much different depending on the "browser" you're using. Again, super cool. I'm figuring it out, but I'm enjoying everything about this.
