I need explanation on this When i switched ON Tracker Control for Apps It seems like Primal is sharing my Data with third party Can anybody explain this I might be wrong

I dont know why primal is slow on my mobile device, is it slow overall , am i the only one facing this issue do i need to change relay help me.
