Everyone’s start talking by the price of someth. What if people concentrate on the utility/functionality of things? Maybe we could reverse our mind and start by “how this thing could help our society?”. I think scammers, useless projects, ecc would be less and less and investments would be versed on what can really help/change the world. I know. The hardest part is put out our greedness

I work in real estate sector in Italy and I realize that buying an house with bitcoin seems to be a dream. In Italy, burocracy is so stringent and I think we are not ready yet. Or the reality is that no one think/want to go ahead with this topic. I think we are missing a big chance for people to exchange two big store of value.
