It should not shock us that regular folks want bitcoin more than they want satoshis. Satoshis are a failed marketing experiment. People can buy thousands of them for $1 yet refuse to do so. The thing they want is bitcoin but we keep trying to sell them satoshis.

Today when I reminded my nephew I gave him 100,000 bitcoin when he graduated 5th grade, he was way more excited compared to when I called them “satoshis” (you can just call them bitcoin)
