After Binance left Russia, I’m trying to find an exchange to exchange funds. Spent a week on kucoin trying to confirm my phone number. Support is not responding, the number is not confirmed. Allows you to deposit funds and use them with restrictions. The result is only losses in translation fee. The last 4.5 dollars is too small to withdraw (in crypto, of course), so it seems they can get rich with my money and the money of people like me. I wonder how many other people leave in despair, leaving small sums, and how many are hoarding platforms for themselves.
