Seeing the world through the Bitcoin lens is like watching the fog roll out of SF Bay...holy shit, that's what the world looks like. You can't unsee it, and the world becomes more clear and hopeful.

This weekend I had a great conversation with a friend about Bitcoin. I started the conversation by following up on some comments made by her and other friends about how expensive everything is now. There’s a general sentiment that it’s more difficult to stay afloat and keep up these days, and we’re all feeling it. I asked why everything keeps getting more expensive. I asked if she expects the cost of goods to go up or down in the future. And I asked, why does the economy need increasing prices over time? I followed up by talking about Jeff Booth’s perspective on technological innovation and the fact that technology should be driving costs of products towards zero. This all resonated strongly with my friend. Why? I talked with her about how her life is directly impacted by inflation and poor monetary policy. As Jeff Booth, Amanda Cavaleri, and Peter McCormack always remind us, it’s important to meet people where they’re at. This is the best way to make those connections. Find empathy, show you care, build trust, and then share the solution. Thank you @Jeff booth @Amanda and @Peter McCormack for continuing to remind us to 'meet people where they're at'.

When you find hope in Bitcoin, it's an incredible feeling. Believing the future will be better than today is something many people have lost. It's time to restore hope.

@ODELL, I really appreciate the work that you're doing with Bitcoin Park and the opportunities you're providing to Bitcoin-only companies through Ten31. When you think about KYC and non-KYC onboarding, how do you balance the tradeoffs with privacy vs compliance to ensure people are getting access to the best products? It seems like KYC onboarding has the potential to bring people into the space at a greater velocity, but then there's the sacrifice of privacy. Do you see harmony between the two in an effort to push for greater adoption? Thanks!

"There is only one sin, only one, and that is theft. Every other sin is a variation of theft. When you kill a man, you steal a life. You steal his wife's right of a husband, you rob his children of a father. When you lie you steal someone's right to truth. When you cheat, you steal the right to fairness. There is no more wretched act than stealing." Khaled Hosseini, The Kite Runner

By participating in the Bitcoin network (saving, making payments, educating, building), we are all making the world a better place. There are few systems that have such far reaching impacts which can be achieved through such simple actions. In saving a sat or sending a sat, the opportunities for more global prosperity are driven forward.

Saving $10 a month in Bitcoin for your child's 'college fund' would result in a very reasonable fund over 15-20 years. But let's be honest, college won't look like it does today in 20 years, so we'll just call it an educational fund.

There's a grocer who works at my local market who I've know for about six years at this point. I love talking with him every time I visit, and he's kind enough to let me practice my Spanish during our conversations. We laugh and chat about life, and he always brightens my day. This man has worked two jobs for the entire time I've known him, and he recently was able to buy a small house. He has made sacrifices with his time that I have been unwilling to make with mine, and I couldn't be more proud or excited for him. He's accomplished so much in the standard fiat world, and I absolutely cannot wait to see the world where people able to accomplish so much more through Bitcoin. During our last conversation, I learned he's also an amazing photographer and he loves going into the mountains to capture landscape and animal photos. He would eventually like to be a professional photographer, and I have every hope he achieves this goal.

Every morning, I go for a run and imagine a world powered by Bitcoin. By the time I'm done, I'm so energized that I have a tough time transitioning away. Today, I'm stringing a new habit to this list. Every morning I'm going to run and think about Bitcoin, and then I'm going to write about Bitcoin. I'm now prioritizing the most important things at the beginning of the day so I always have time to complete them. No more backburner Bitcoin.
